Response to the Brazilian regulator’s proposal for a prohibition of vapes and heated tobacco products
The Brazilian regulator ANVISA has been consulting on proposals to formalise its ban on “Electronic Smoking Devices” (a term it uses to describe products that do not generate smoke). My consultation response is here: Why Brazil Should Drop Its Prohibition Proposal.
